Permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse - Bedford

Team Info: You will be joining an existing team of 3 vets, 6 Nurses, 1 student nurse, and an amazing Client Care team.

Facilities: Boasting some state-of-the-art equipment {digital x-ray, Doppler bp, capnography, ultrasound, incubator} and plenty of onsite parking.

Role: By joining our client you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills to their full potential. They encourage you to use your schedule 3 skills, taking and processing blood samples, placing catheters, minor procedures eg. suturing wounds, x-rays and monitoring anaesthetics, and nurse clinics.

Hours: This is a full or part-time position.

• The full-time would be 40 hours a week with 1 in 4 weekends
• The part-time would be working 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:30 am-7 pm, 1 in 4 weekends, Saturday 8:30 am - 5 pm, Sunday 11 am – 3:30 pm) averaging 23.125 hours a week.

Applicant Requirements:

• To apply you will have good general nursing experience and great customer service skills, be cheerful, down-to-earth, and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in animal welfare.

Salary: Competitive salary of £26,000-£30,000 p/a (DOE) FTE
