Our client looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team in Cumbria
Role: Permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse

Location: Cumbria - circa 15 minutes from Whitehaven
Practice: Part of a group
Team: They currently have 5 experienced Veterinary Surgeons, 3 Nurses, and 1 SVN, 1 ANA, a housekeeper, and a fantastic support team.

Hours: There is a full-time role working a 40-hour week over 4.5 days and a part-time role working a 20-hour week over 2/3 days. Both roles require working 1 in 5 weekends plus 1 in 4 weeknights on call.
Duties: Whether onward, surgery, admitting and discharging patients, nurse clinics, or assisting the vets in prep/consult, your day will be challenging but enjoyable! They pride themselves on patient and customer care and supporting the reception team is essential by answering the telephone and assisting with customer queries. They will be looking to re-introduce their nurse clinics soon after lockdown restrictions lift and are looking for someone with new ideas to expand our offering for customers and pets alike.

Applicant Requirements: The ideal candidate would be an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse, preferably from a Small animal background however, they are still open to graduate and less experienced Vet Nurse applicants too.
The successful candidates should be comfortable with all aspects of veterinary nursing, you must also be confident in dealing with clients on a regular basis.
They are looking for someone with a passion for patient and client care, who can multitask with ease and is flexible in day-to-day responsibilities.
Salary: They are offering a salary of up to £27,000 p/a DOE
