Permanent 3 Registered Veterinary Nurse - Hampshire

Location: Required across their three practices in Hampshire

Practice Type: Independent dedicated and friendly team of people who provide the highest standard of comprehensive veterinary treatment and client service.

Services/Facilities: Their team of experienced Veterinary surgeons, are trained in state-of-the-art surgical techniques, from routine spays to more advanced orthopaedic procedures. Plus, with their fantastic team of experienced nurses and receptionists, clients can feel confident that their much-loved pet will receive the most expert and compassionate care.

Role: The role utilises RVN skills and is very hands-on with Nurse clinics, taking Xrays, scale, and polishing with dental x-ray, etc. Friendly, family-owned practice with clinical freedom and values input and new ideas.

Hours:  Ideally, the candidate will work a 40 hr week with a share of the weekend rota (currently 1:4 Saturdays 8.30 am-4 pm and TWO Sundays per YEAR 8.30 am-4 pm). No OOH (covered by Vets Now).

Shifts: Mix of shifts ranging from 8 am starts to 7 pm finish

Skills/Exp: Join a team that utilises their nurses – Nurse clinics, X-rays, scale, polishes, etc. Clinical coach desirable and full training provided. Clinic has all the usual gadgets (digital xrays, dental xrays, scopes, in house lab machines, ultrasounds etc) and experienced team of cardiologists, orthopaedic surgeon, acupuncturist, dermatology certificate holder and ophthalmology certificate holder.
