Permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse - Hounslow, West London

Location: Hounslow, West London

Practice Type: They are long-established proudly independent veterinary surgery (over 50 years) with a vast amount of combined experience. Covering West London from their four surgeries. RCVS Accredited training practice

Facilities: They have a range of high-quality equipment including, digital X-ray, dental X-ray, Doppler ultrasound, ASIF equipment, arthroscopy, endoscopy, and most recently they are excited to now be able to offer laparoscopy as another option for their clients.

Services: Their services include;

  • Internal medicine
  • Soft tissue surgery
  • Cardiology
  • Dermatology
  • Orthopaedics
  • Diagnostic imaging.

Team: All their team members love pets, with eight vets, a team of qualified nurses, and receptionists.

Hours: Full-time, 37 ½ hours week - Earliest start 8 am, Latest finish 8 pm. 1

Weekend: 1 in 4 weekends

OOHs/On-Call: None

Duties: Are based on a rota system consisting of both medical and surgical patients, pre and post-op, assisting vets in both prep and theatre, stock control and pharmacy and lab work, with one week per month based at their Brentford surgery for morning consultations

Skills/Exp: Ideal candidate will be working towards if not already a clinical coach

Sole Charge: TBC

Consults: 15-minute consultations.
