Permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse - Plymouth

Sole charge:  None

Team Info: They currently have 6 vets (3 of which are part-time), 6 registered veterinary nurses, and 2 student veterinary nurses. They describe their culture as supportive, friendly, fun, and hardworking.

Facilities: The practice has been recently refurbished to a high modern standard with a fully equipped separate theatre including multi perimeter and O2 concentrator. They have a fully equipped imaging suite, including abdominal and cardiac ultrasound. Separate dental suite with dental x-ray. 

Role: They would describe a day in practice as interesting and busy, with daily consults, routine surgeries, and emergency procedures.  If you are a 2nd-year student who is near to qualifying, they would love to hear from you too.

Hours:  They are flexible to accommodate both full and part-time working, working shifts between the opening hours; 8.30 am to 6.30 pm. 

Weekends: Saturday morning rota

OOHs: None

Branch work: There are no out-of-hours in this practice so this role does offer a good work/life balance for the right person.

Salary: £21,000 -£23,481 p/a (DOE)
