Permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse - Stroud

Our client looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to complement our experienced team. 

Role: Permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse

Type: Small Animal

Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire

Practice: Small Animal

Team: The fantastic clinical team consists of 10 vets, 9 nurses, 4 VCA, and students. They are a high-standard first opinion team that fully works up medical cases and performs advanced surgical procedures e.g. TTA, perineal urethrostomy, and laparoscopic procedures. 

Facilities:  The hospital is well equipped with laparoscopy, endoscopy, ultrasound, radiography, echocardiography, and an onsite lab with brand new biochemistry and haematology machines. The practice is supported by a local referral hospital nearby where CT and advice are readily available

Hours: Hours are negotiable preferably between 24-40 per week. Hours are between 7.30 am and 8.30 pm rotating through wards, theatre, and prep. You will be required to take part in an OOH weekend and bank holiday rota.  This is inpatient care only between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am with time off given the same week.

Applicant Requirements: You must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse who is dedicated and passionate about animal welfare and client care. Someone who is forward-thinking, proactive, and works well in a team as well as having the ability to work independently when required.

Salary: They are offering a salary between £22,000 and £27,000 p/a DOE and a generous relocation allowance plus many company benefits including wellbeing support.
