Facilities: They are a modern practice with a good range of equipment including digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy (and rigid endoscopy), Ligasure, full orthopaedic kit, and dental radiography
Role: They are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their team. They are a friendly, cohesive practice with a strong team ethos and family feel. They pride themselves on an exceptional nursing team and encourage your development and growth.
Duties:
- Whether you are wishing to undertake Schedule 3 nursing, focus on consults and building solid bonds with your clients and patients, or looking for a general all round nursing role, they are open to discussing your ideas with you. You can also work towards becoming a Clinical Coach if you desire.
- Developing and empowering nurses is important to them. You will have access to over 150 hours of pre-recorded CPD delivered by expert clinicians and nurses. All of their nurses receive a robust induction to help them thrive in their new roles. On top of this, you will have access to modular courses on a variety of topics including their AVA-accredited anaesthesia and analgesia modular course.
Hours: This is a full-time role with no out-of-hours required and shifts between 8 am and 7:30 pm. Their shifts are 7.5 hours in total with a 30-minute protected lunch break. We work on a shared weekend rota of around 1:8.
The Package:
- Salary of between £21,000 - £25,000 p/a (DOE)
