Permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse - Wimbledon

Our client in Wimbledon, South West London, is looking for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Practice:

This is a busy small animal practice based in the leafy suburb of Wimbledon, south west London, with plenty of open-air park space nearby and easy travel links in and out of the city centre. Their great location means they benefit from having over 2000 active patients, of which 20% are on a health care plan meaning they see a wide variety of cases on a weekly basis. Their bright, air-conditioned surgery is purpose-built to industry-leading standards and has state-of-the-art equipment including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory facilities. They are supportive of individual interests so if you have a particular area of interest, this could be the practice for you! You will be joining a team of 1 Head Vet, 1 Behavioural Specialist, 1 Nurse, and 2 Receptionists, led by the Partner. They are currently also recruiting for an additional Vet, Nurse & VCA to expand the team further.

The Role and Candidate:

This role is full-time, 40 hours per week with just 1 in 3 weekends and no OOHs. The ideal Nurse will be proactive and enthusiastic, with solid all-round skills. Key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the veterinary nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care. You will be a strong team player and enjoy the variety the role will bring.
