We are working with a lovely independent practice in Wokingham that requires a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them on a full-time permanent basis. They are looking for an enthusiastic and confident qualified veterinary nurse that will join their friendly hard-working team.

The Practice:

Are you looking for a change? - do you want to join a practice where your skills are valued and the team is a pleasure to work with? Where you can look forward to going to work on a daily basis. Where the bosses have mucked in with everyone else to get through these last challenging months.

This practice is independently owned and family-run, the surgery has been purpose-built to industry-leading standards. The practice is proud to offer the highest quality of care and service to its patients and customers. They offer a referral orthopaedic service in addition to their soft tissue surgery and medical services. With every room temperature controlled through a heat recovery air-con unit, it's always a pleasure to come back inside whatever the temperatures in the car park!

The Role and Candidate:

This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours a week with a weekend rota of 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 08.30 - 12.30. No out of hours or branch work involved with this role, as this is covered by VetsNow.

Working with our clients' team of supportive veterinary surgeons, RVNs, and trainee nurses you would be responsible for excellent patient care, client communication, and maintaining the high standards and fantastic local reputation.

They have a cohesive and experienced team who will support you as you develop your skills, either as a new graduate or furthering your existing experience. An interest in taking on a clinical coaching role for nurses and helping develop the training program with the other coaches would be a bonus.

The Package:

In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of between £19,000-£26,000 p/a dependent on skills and experience, with all the usual benefits.
