Permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse - Wolverhampton

Practice: Part of a group working with a growing GP branch
Team: The successful candidate will be working alongside a dedicated Senior RVN as well as two Vets, two receptionists, and an ACA.
Facilities: Dental x-ray, ultrasound, a laparoscopic kit, in-house blood machines, and laboratory equipment. The theatre is equipped to carry out procedures such as cat, dog, rabbit neuters, laparoscopic bitch spays, mass removals and dentals.
Role: They are looking for a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team
Duties: The required duties of this role include -
- Preparing animals for theatre,
- Monitoring anaesthetics,
- Performing nurse consultations,
- Promoting preventative health care for pets,
- Stock control,
- Delivering excellent patient and client care.
Hours: The successful candidate will be working Monday - Friday with varied shifts and weekends will be 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 am-4 pm. A day off will be allocated for working a Saturday. No OOH is required for this role.
Candidate: This would suit a nurse who can work well within a team and who can provide quality care to all pets and pet owners. This role would be suitable for a final year student veterinary nurse, newly qualified RVN, or experienced RVN.
