Permanent Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse - Stoke-on-Trent

We are currently working with a well established, independent practice that is looking to recruit a Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team.

The Practice:

Our client has been established for over 25 years in Staffordshire and is extremely well-rated in the community. The team pride itself on providing a friendly, and professional service and not only care for companion animals but also welcome exotic species like snakes, parrots, and tortoises. They have plans in place to refurbish and extend the practice to cope with the growing demand from their existing and potential clients. They have a team of 2 vets, 5 nurses, and 1VCA plus reception and handle a varied caseload. Facilities include X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy. 

The Role:

This is a full-time position with practice hours being 08.00-19.00 Monday to Friday and 1:3 Saturday mornings 9.00 - 12.00 noon - NO OOHs. Computer System Merlin.

The Candidate:

This is a fabulous opportunity for a senior veterinary nurse to join an expanding and growing practice. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent general nursing skills and also be able to coach and develop their existing team of nursing staff.
