Permanent Senior Veterinary Surgeon - Mitcham, Surrey
We are working with a growing and thriving small animal veterinary practice in Mitcham, Surrey that is looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time permanent basis. This candidate must be willing to develop the team and support Clinical Director - Great role for someone wanting to take first steps into a leadership role

The facilities are well-suited to vets with advanced surgical interests and they have a varied and interesting caseload. Plus, they support certificates, managerial, and leadership development. The Clinical Directors have a wider role as part of the group’s leadership team where input in activities and company direction is encouraged.
The Role and Candidate:
This position offers a great work/life balance and a chance to work within a professional & up to date clinic alongside a Clinical Director and friendly team of Vets, Nurses, VCA’s and Receptionists. You will be supported to develop your skills and will have the opportunity to progress. You must be willing to develop the team and support Clinical Director - Great role for someone wanting to take first steps into a leadership role
Veterinary Surgeons are rostered into a 4-day working week plus 1:4 weekends. This averages out to 37 hours p/w over a 4 week period.
The Remuneration Package:
- Salary dependent on experience; Circa £60,000 p/a (DOE)
