Permanent Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon - Chesterfield
We are currently working with an independent practice in the Chesterfield area in Derbyshire that is looking for a small animal Vet to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
The Practice:
This is a 5 vet practice situated in the heart of the stunning Peak District. 5minutes from Matlock town centre and overlooking beautiful Riber Castle. They are a friendly, close knit, long-standing supportive team with friendly clients. This is a well-equipped practice that includes: digital X-ray, ultrasound, multiparameter monitors, and separate theatre and prep areas.
The Role and Candidate:
This role is full time with 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekends worked at this small animal hospital. The successful candidate will be comfortable with routine surgical procedures and enjoy building good relationships with colleagues and clients. You will have a positive attitude and want to progress and develop your knowledge and skills further
The Package:
- Competitive salary dependent on experience
- Accommodation allowance £6,600
- Vehicle or vehicle allowance of £2,500
- CPD allowance £1,500 plus 3 days CPD leave
- RCVS, BVS VDS fees paid
- 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
