We are recruiting on behalf of a lovely mixed veterinary practice in the Newport area of Pembrokeshire that is looking for a TB Tester to join them on a full-time permanent basis. This practice is 45% Farm (mainly dairy) 45% Small Animal and 10% Equine, they are open to receive applications from all levels of experience including new graduates.

The Practice:

This mixed practice has purpose-built premises that have excellent facilities and equipment that include an operating room that has the most up-to-date technology, ensuring that patients are being cared for in the best way possible. Along with the latest X-Ray and anaesthetic technology incorporated into the operating room, patients have unsurpassable equipment aiding in their recovery. In-patients are cared for around the clock, with kennels being monitored 24/7. Their team is currently four full-time vets, two part-time vets, seven members of ancillary staff, and a practice manager.

Their aim is to give great customer service and care in a friendly, fantastic working environment. Their team is very experienced and knowledgeable with excellent facilities available to them to achieve their aims. These include easi-scan, ultrasound, digital x-ray, anesthetic machine, and dental unit.

The Role:

This is a full-time permanent role working 08:30-17:30, on average four days per week. There would be some traveling required within the role.

The Candidate:

Our client is looking for a competent TB Tester OV qualified with an excellent approach to your interactions with patients and clients to join their team starting in January 2021. 

The Package:

In return, our client is offering a good package that includes - competitive salary based on experience up to £33,000 p/a + VDS cover + Accommodation + mileage
