We are currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking, independent RCVS accredited practice based in Basildon, Essex who is looking for a permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and caring team who will provide support and encouragement.
The Practice:
The successful candidate would be working with a dedicated team of 8 vets, 14 nurses and 19 reception staff. Their practice includes a busy 24-hour hospital which has recently been refurbished with modern surgical and diagnostic equipment plus two fully equipped branch surgeries in the area. They pride themselves on high standards of patient and client care and have access to a top European Orthopaedic and Cardiology specialist who visits and works from this location.
Alongside all the usual toys and equipment they are one of the few surgeries to offer keyhole spays.
The Role:
This is a permanent full-time post working 40 hours per week with 1:3 weekends and 1 night on call per week. This is a large practice with an immense amount of support. This vacancy is available due to expansion and this practice has an extremely high retention rate.
