We are currently working with a small animal, veterinary hospital based in Nottinghamshire who is looking for a full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis
The Practice:
Our client is an 11 vet, small animal hospital practice based in the Derby/Nottingham area who have being providing an excellent service for over 30 years. This hospital is a well-equipped veterinary hospital which allows them to treat both primary and emergency treatments. With a number of branches in the local area, the hospital practice also does take referrals from them and other practices in the local area. Within their purpose-built facility, they have a wide range of machines including a new ultrasound machine, a state of the art digital x-ray machine, a complete dental machine which comes with a drill, scaler and polisher and much more.
The Role:
This is a permanent full-time position, working shifts of 8am-4pm/9am-5pm/11am-7pm/12pm-8pm. There is a weekend rota of 1 in 4 Saturdays and only 1 night in 10 on-call.
This position covers all general nursing duties, however, an interest in nurse clinics would be beneficial.
In return, the practice can offer a generous package including unlimited CPD, pension scheme, practice discounts, and salary up to £23,000 dependent on experience.
To qualify for this position, you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
