Permanent Veterinary Surgeon Exotic Bias - Brentwood
We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for an experienced small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their recently refurbished practice based in the Brentwood area of Essex. This is a wonderful opportunity for a veterinary surgeon with an exotic bias to join their dedicated team.
The Practice:
This practice has recently expanded to accommodate its increasing client base. The successful applicant would be working with 2 other vets & will be well supported by a motivated team consisting of RVNs, an SVN, and a receptionist. This busy practice has a varied caseload with a significant amount of exotic work. The practice now also has a dedicated floor for exotics. They have all the usual equipment that includes digital X-rays, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory.
The Role and Candidate:
This is a full-time permanent position for an experienced Vet. There is no out-of-hours work and weekends are on a rota with time off in lieu.
They are looking for someone who is happy and confident in treating a range of species and keen to develop relationships with clients. Providing excellent patient and client care is what they strive to achieve
The Package:
Our client is offering an excellent package, depending on experience, that includes:-
- Competitive Salary : between £33,000 - £50,000 dependent on skills & experience
- 33 days annual leave inc bank holidays

- CPD allowance plus 5 days off to pursue this (certificate study is funded and supported)
- RCVS & VDS fees paid
