Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Oxford

We are working with the friendly and welcoming small animal practice in Oxford that is looking for an experienced confident Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time permanent basis. You will be confident in all aspects of everyday small animal medicine and surgery including lab result interpretation, internal medicine, and ultrasound. 

The Practice:

Our client is a well-established and respected small animal practice where you will be joining a friendly and welcoming team. They encourage individual interests and support CPD and ongoing development. The surgery has state-of-the-art facilities including an in-house lab, orthopaedic equipment, ultrasound, and digital X-ray. They experience a complex and varied case-load with a large proportion of insured clients allowing them to work up cases to a high standard.

The Role and Candidate:

They are looking for a new colleague who will be confident in all aspects of everyday small animal medicine and surgery including lab result interpretation, internal medicine, and ultrasound. You will be skilled in building strong relationships with patients and clients and enjoy working in a team environment. You will also be comfortable with some sole charge responsibility and there is no OOH. Orthopaedic and US experience will be beneficial but not essential.

This is a permanent full-time role and the exact working pattern will be discussed in the interview.
