We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing veterinary practice situated in Southampton, Hampshire. The practice requires a confident Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

The Practice:
This is an RCVS Accredited Tier 2 practice, that is fully air-conditioned for comfort and offer a wide range of services including routine health checks, vaccinations, micro-chipping, neutering of healthy pets, puppy parties and much more. They have a wide range of facilities in-house including digital x-ray, ultrasound machine, air-driven dental station and laboratory capable of full biochemistry and haematology.
You will be joining a 4 vet team with an excellent support team of qualified and trainee nurses.

The Role:
The practice is looking for confident Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.  You will be working a 40 hour week with alternating 5.30pm and 7pm finishes Monday to Friday. The weekend rota is 1 in 2 Saturday mornings working 9am - 1pm, with time given back in lieu. There are no on-call requirements as they are host to a Vets Now out of hours clinic.  

The Candidate:
This is a first opinion practice so you must be a competent all-round vet. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience and be a friendly, confident all-rounder to join their team of 4 vets.

In return, the practice is offering a competitive salary that is dependent on experience, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
