We are currently looking for a permanent small animal Veterinary Surgeon based in a lovely independent practice based in a lovely area of Derbyshire.
This practice is an independent, small animal, modern veterinary practice, that has been offering personal care for over 25 years and enjoys an established reputation of excellence in all aspects of veterinary medicine. They are committed to keeping abreast of the latest developments and to providing high-quality treatment, valuing their client and their pets they share with them and are committed to providing compassionate care through client education and exceptional service. Their team understands the special role their client pet plays in their family and are dedicated to the wellbeing and comfort of the furry companions. The practice is well equipped with sterile and non-sterile operating theatres. They have x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound and endoscopy facilities. animals. You will be working alongside a team of dedicated and motivated 6 vets, 11 nurses, and an excellent support team.
This position is full or part-time working up to 4 ½ days per week on a rota basis, including three 9 am – 7 pm, one 9 am – 4 pm and one 9 am – 1 pm shifts. Weekends are 1 ½ in 6 weekends working one full weekend Saturday 9 am – 1 pm and Sunday 10 am – 4 pm (sole charge), one Saturday morning 9.30 am – 12.00 in every 6 weeks. After working a full weekend, you will finish on Friday at 1.00 pm and return to work the following Tuesday at 9 am.
There are no out of hour requirements for this role.
