We are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely, independent, small animal practice based in Southminster, Essex. Our client is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their strong, well-established team on a full time, permanent basis.
Our client is a friendly, small animal practice based in Southminster who's services and facilities are designed to assist in routine care for all small animal pets. Our client has very kind, dedicated team of vets, nurses and support staff who understand the special role that your pet plays in your family and are dedicated to providing a dedicated service for young, healthy pets. Their goal is to practice to the highest quality and to provide a personal service for the unique concerns of each individual pets. This practice is looking for a new addition to their family.
This is a full time, permanent position. 4 days per week working 9am - 7pm. You will receive a full day off and often will be given an additional half day (paid) off dependent on the needs of the practice. There are NO OOHS involved in this position and only 1:3 Saturday mornings. This is an exciting, busy position and you will have a varied caseload meaning that every day will be different. Accommodation or an accommodation allowance can be provided should you be relocating for this position.
This practice is happy to receive applications from both recently qualified Vets and experienced Vets. Dependent on the experience level of the Vet there may be a very small amount of sole charge involved in the role. Support and training will be provided for more newly qualified Vets. This position would suit someone looking for longevity and looking to develop and become a key part of the practice and the team. The atmosphere at this practice is incredibly warm and friendly so the ideal candidate will be a team player looking to integrate with an already thriving team.
