We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon on a full or part-time basis to start at a friendly practice in Leicester.
The Practice
Our client offers the latest state-of-the-art equipment, to ensure prompt diagnoses and the most effective treatments. Their purpose built, modern surgery has been designed to industry-leading standards and has state of the art equipment including in-house operating theatre and laboratory, digital x-ray, specialist dental equipment and much more. Their highly trained veterinary surgeons and nurses are kept constantly updated on the latest innovations and protocols. They offer a full range of treatments from health checks to emergency operations and they are always committed to providing exceptional veterinary services. You will be joining an experienced team of 3 vets, 3 RVNs, 1 student nurse, 1 veterinary care assistant and 3 receptionists.
The Role:
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious full or part-time veterinary surgeon on a permanent basis. They will consider full or part-time hours to include a 1 in 3-weekend rota. There will be very little sole charge responsibility but no out of hours ensuring a healthy work/life balance.
The Candidate:
Our client is seeking a vet who will be confident with all routine medical and surgical cases and will excel at building strong relationships with clients and patients. They are a supportive and ambitious team and will support CPD and development throughout your career. Key to being successful in this role will be your ability to have a calm, logical and methodical approach. They require you to be a great team player and up for a challenge in their growing practice!
