We are currently recruiting on behalf of a family run practice in Central Wiltshire who is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a full-time basis. This practice is 100% small animal
• Family run practice in Central Wiltshire
• To join a team of 4 Veterinary Surgeons, 5 Qualified Veterinary Nurses and support team.
• Full-time position with no out of hours and only 1 in 4 weekends.
• Experienced Veterinarian with at least 2 years’ post graduate experience.
The Practice:
Our clients' modern practice specialises in the treatment of small animals and is committed to offering the highest standards of care and service available to their patients. Whatever the problem or concern, they are dedicated to providing compassionate and approachable veterinary care.
They provide a 24-hour emergency service, 365 days per year to all registered clients. A Veterinary Surgeon and a Veterinary Nurse are on call at all times to deal with urgent cases. They have a fully equipped modern practice including in-house laboratory, separate dog, cat and isolation wards.
The Role:
This is a full-time position with no out of hour requirements and the weekend rota is only 1 in 4. This ensures a good work/life balance, the actual working pattern will be discussed at interview.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a confident small animal veterinarian with at least 2 years’ experience, who is passionate about veterinary medicine and surgery. You will be supported by a caring and experienced nursing and reception team.
