We have a fantastic opportunity for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a practice in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire on a full-time permanent basis.

The Practice:

The practice is located just a short drive from the vibrant Nottingham City Centre, with great transport links available.

You will be working as part of a driven team of 4 vets and a large team of nurses and support staff within a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy first opinion practice that works closely alongside our clients’ referral practice. If desired, you will spend one day a week at East Midlands Referrals, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in spinal and orthopaedic surgery.

The practice comes well-equipped with 3 consult rooms, separate prep and theatres, digital x-ray and much more. The practice team are dedicated to delivering amazing client and patient care. 

The Role:

This is a full-time permanent position for a small animal Veterinary surgeon. The exact working pattern together with any weekend and out of hours requirements are to be confirmed.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have at least three years' small animal practice experience and be confident in all routine and more advanced surgery including emergency surgeries. Our clients’ offer excellent long-term prospects for the right candidate, with advancement in skills encouraged.
