We are currently recruiting on behalf of a dedicated, small animal practice based in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join the team. The practice is offering a salary of £70,000-£80,000 per year (Tax-Free).
The Practice:
Our client is a dedicated, small animal practice who is able to provide a comprehensive, medical and surgical veterinary care. Opened in 2014, our client is a 24-hour veterinary clinic who is able to provide state of the art services and facilities, ranging from routine preventative care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of disease and complete medical and surgical care. Consisting of a team of 7 vets and 13 nurses, our client has a dedicated team who are committed to providing the best possible veterinary care.
The Role:
This is a busy and challenging role, but incredibly rewarding. You will work a five day week, with the opportunity to do some night work, which would be 7 nights on, followed by a full 7 days off, this would be about 4 times per year. Which is ideal as it gives you additional time to travel to the rest of the UAE or further afield linked with your holiday days.
The salary will be £70,000-£80,000 (tax-free), as a side note, you would have to earn around £135,000 in the UK to have this take-home pay.
The Candidate:
You will need to be surgically proficient and be able to stand on your own two feet. It is fast paced environment and offers pretty much everything surgically. They may refer spinal cases but other than that all of the work is done in-house. The ideal candidate will be very serious about the move to the UAE.

To qualify for this position, you must be fully registered with the RCVS.
