We are currently recruiting on behalf of a small animal veterinary practice situated in South West London. They are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis, to help with their expanding caseload.
The Practice:
The practice offers a warm welcome to all their clients and patients. The team are friendly and passionate and pride themselves on providing a relaxed, homely environment. They have a full range of modern diagnostic and surgical facilities on site including a recently upgraded new digital equipment, digital x-ray and ultrasound.
The Role:
This is a part-time, permanent small animal Veterinary Surgeon position, working 3 days a week. These days are flexible. There is a nice split of consults and ops, so the ideal candidate will already have experience in both areas. You will be joining a team of 1 other vet, 1 RVN, 1 trainee RVN and a receptionist who all have a sense of humour and enjoy a good work/life balance. They are looking for someone who takes the job seriously but when the practice is closed enjoys having fun. The role includes a 1:3 weekend rota with no out of hours and no on-call duties.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate would have 3+ years’ experience. They would be an excellent communicator, can be adaptive, get on with people and be a forward thinker. They should also like a challenging environment with sole charge.
