We are working with a growing and thriving small animal veterinary practice in Ashton, Lancashire that is looking for a qualified Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time permanent basis. They are looking for a vet with 3 years of post-graduate experience ideally.

The Role and Candidate:
This is a full-time permanent role, working an average of 37 hours per week and will include a weekend rota of 1 in every 4.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic small animal vet with at least three years of qualified experience, who is passionate about the provision of high-quality service to patients and clients. You will be a key participant in the running of our clients' dynamic and forward-thinking clinic, supporting the Head Vet and the rest of the veterinary team. You will be keen to continually improve your professional knowledge and experience and are an excellent communicator, understanding that educating pet owners about their pets’ welfare is just as important as providing high-quality treatment.
The Remuneration Package:
Our client offers a great work/life balance and a chance to work within a professional & up to date clinic alongside a friendly team of Vets, Nurses, VCA’s and Receptionists.
Along with a well-structured rota, you will receive:
- Salary £35,000-£40,000 p/a (dependent on experience);
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays;
- 5% Pension Contribution;
- Cycle scheme;
- £1,500 CPD allowance per annum / 5 days off;
- VDS & RCVS fee’s covered;
- Free food Friday’s.
