Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Beverley

Our client is looking for a permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their established team in Beverley, East Yorkshire, on a full-time basis.

The Practice:

This practice is situated in the beautiful market town of Beverley, which was founded around 700AD. Beverley is located not far from the east coast with its beautiful beaches but is close enough to both York and Hull for accessible city life. The motorway network is easily reached for exploration of North East England. This is a first opinion practice with an enthusiastic and vibrant team of 1 Vet, 1 RVN, 1 Trainee RVN, 2 SVN, and a team of 6 Receptionists. They offer an appointment-only service, with both vet and nurse 10-minute appointments available between 8.30 am – 6.30 pm, Monday to Friday, and between 9 am -12 midday on Saturdays. They use a dedicated out-of-hours service at all other times, so no OOH!

The Role and Candidate:

Ideally, you will have been qualified for at least a year, comfortable with sole charge and a capability to perform the basic routine surgeries. This is the perfect opportunity to join a small team and work within a community that will embrace the right candidate.

The Package:

• Full time, 40 hour week

• No OHH

• No on-call

• 4 hours every other weekend. No Sundays
