Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Bridgend

Practice Type: Part of a group

Team: 22-Vet team with Advanced Practitioners in both small medicine and surgery. Many Vets are undertaking certificates in medicine, cardiology, emergency and critical care

Facilities: A busy hospital with 5 branches, they hold a silver level cat-friendly status from the ISFM and five separate outstanding RCVS awards

Hours: Full-time. However, part-time hours/job sharing/flexible working options would be considered

Weekends/OOHs: Weekend work and OOHs on a rota - never more frequent than every third weekend. The majority of the Vets take part in either the 1st night on-call night rota or the 2nd on-call back up rota

Branch work: TBC

Salary: £35,000-£60,000 per annum dependent on experience

Holidays: 28 days holiday per year which is inclusive of bank holidays

CPD: TBC

Other: 2 weeks full sick pay and 2 weeks half sick pay
