Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Broadstairs

We are working with a practice based in Broadstairs, Kent, that is looking for an experienced small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

The Practice:

Our client, based in the lovely coastal town of Broadstairs, is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their professional but friendly and fun team. The practice is located very close to the beach and they also benefit from great access to London via the train in just 45 minutes and only a 30-minute drive to the Euro Tunnel. The surgery is purpose-built with state of the art equipment including digital x-ray, ultrasound and endoscopy, and bronchoscopy. They see a real variety of cases and carry out all of their own orthopedic surgery. You will be joining a supportive and experienced team of 4 vets, 3 RVNs, 2 student nurses, and 5 receptionists. 

The Role and Candidate:

This is a permanent position for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon. This is a full-time role with a weekend rota of 2 on and 2 off every 4 weeks with time in lieu. There is no sole charge or OOH responsibility with this role ensuring a fantastic work-life balance and supportive team environment. A key part of the role will be to build strong relationships with patients and clients therefore you must enjoy this side of the role just as much as the clinical side. The practice encourages regular CPD and offers a generous allowance, so if you are looking to develop a particular area of interest, it could be the perfect practice for you.
