Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Cardiff

Facilities: They are an established 3 branch 1st opinion practice based in Cardiff, they are well equipped with an in-house lab, digital x-ray, K laser, u/s scanner, Laparoscopic and endoscopic equipment, and dental x-ray. They try to do as much in-house as they can and allow the vets full clinical freedom.

Team: A team of 6 vets, and 6 nurse teams alongside support staff. The vets have years of experience so there is good support both surgically and medically.

Role: The practice is looking for passionate Veterinary Surgeons. The role involves some sole charge at the smaller branches in addition to consulting and routine surgery at the main branch.

Applicant Requirement: The ability to work sole charge is a must as well as being confident doing routine consults. A driving license is essential to travel between branches.

Hours: Typically, their full-time Vets work 4 days per week with hours between 9 am -7 pm and a lunch break in the middle. You will always get the same day off each week to ensure a good work-life balance can be achieved. There are no weekends or OOH. They would welcome full or part-time applicants. 

Salary: The salary is up to £65,000 depending on experience + £5,000 relocation allowance plus benefits including Private Medical Insurance
