Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Chelmsford

Type: Small Animal

Practice: Independent Practice

Facilities: Their mission is to provide quality veterinary care within a family-based setting. This includes in-house laboratory testing, x-rays, hospitalisation, and general surgery. They are authorised by DEFRA to issue animal travel documents – ‘Pet Passports’ under the Pet Travel Scheme (PETS).

Team: They now have two vets and three RVNs - one of which is a qualified animal physiotherapist which means they can offer a full range of therapeutic care, plus a receptionist

Role: They are looking for a full-time permanent vet to join their team, and help the practice grow. They have an amazing nursing team; they all support each other and play to each other’s strengths. Their patients and clients are extremely important to them.

Hours:

  • 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30-12:00
  • 8:30 to 19:00 on weekdays
  • 1 day off in the week
  • No OOH.

Applicant Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience.

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience.
