Practice Type: Part of a group that is based close to peak district which is ideal for someone who likes the outdoor lifestyle. Good links to M1 for travel up and down the country and only 35 minutes from East Midlands airport. Their great location means they benefit from a good variety of cases and a wonderfully loyal client base.
Facilities: Their well-equipped surgery is purpose-built to industry-leading standards and you'll get the use of their surgery equipment including ultrasound, digital x-ray, in-house lab. They see an even split of dogs and cats and 10% of cases are exotics.
Team: You will be joining a clinical team of 2 Vets, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN and 1 VCA, and 1 client care advisor.

Hours: This is a full or part-time position, 30-40 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis. They are a family-orientated practice with flexible hours to accommodate family life.
Candidate:
- You will be a dynamic and proactive Veterinary Surgeon with solid medical and surgical skills.
- Key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the role, delivering excellent patient and client care.
- You will be a strong team player and enjoy the variety the role will bring.
- An interest in surgery and exotics will be advantageous but not essential.
- If you are keen to develop within your own area of interest, they offer a generous CPD allowance.
