Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Dundee

Our client looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to further expand their team of dedicated vets and help increase the services they offer to clients.

Role: Permanent Veterinary Surgeon

Type: Small Animal

Location: Dundee

Practice: Small Animal

Team: Experienced team of Veterinary Surgeons (including some certificate holders) and an excellent team of Registered Veterinary Nurses / Student Nurses and support staff

Facilities: The practice is well equipped with surgical and diagnostic tools and we carry out as much work as we can in-house.

Hours:

  • Working across 4 days
  • 1:3 Saturdays (8 am-2pm) - day off after a Saturday on
  • No OOH

Sole Charge: No

Branch Work: No

Applicant Requirements: The successful candidate will have experience in a clinical setting and be comfortable carrying out routine consultations, investigations, and surgery without supervision. We can also consider newly qualified vets as full support can be given. A friendly approach to clients and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential. Some experience in emergency medicine would be beneficial, though not essential.

Salary: Up to £50,000 p/a Negotiable (DOE)
