Facilities: This is a four-site practice with our main hospital based in Buckley. Between the branches, they are equipped with operating theatres, dental X-rays, ultrasound, endoscopy, and nerve stimulator. They have a separate dog and cat ward with an isolation area. They offer separate cat reception areas and are proud to be silver cat-friendly ISFM accredited.
Team: Across the group, they have 16 vets, 18 RVNS, and 3 VCAs. Their experienced vet team has 6 certificate holders in surgery, medicine, and ECC and they strongly support further development. Their experienced nursing team has members with additional qualifications in surgical nursing and ECC.
Support: Collaboration and teamwork across all their teams is their focus to ensure support and a happy team. They have regular practice meetings and social events and hold a weekly wellbeing workout evening.
Role: They have an exciting opportunity for a vet to join Team Village. They are located on the North Wales border close to the stunning scenery of North Wales, the beaches of the Wirral, and the buzzing towns of Liverpool and Chester.
Duties: The role will comprise a mix of consultations and surgeries and will involve some sole charge rotating around our branches, therefore being confident at sole charge is a necessity.
Hours:
- Typically, a full-time position comprises 40 hours a week, spread over 4 days with a mix of early and late shifts, with a normal day being 9-7 pm.
- You will have a 1:6 share in the weekend rota which is 8.00 am-2 pm Saturday and 8.00-1 pm Sunday which accrues 2 full days off in lieu.
- Although full-time is preferred, they would be open to discussion and flexible for the right candidate to fit with their team.

Salary: Up to £55,000 p/a (DOE) plus benefits subject to experience.
