Permanent Veterinary Surgeon Full or Part-time - Buckingham

We are working with a client in Buckingham who is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full or part-time permanent basis. They are also interested in finding a Vet who wants to work every other weekend.

The Practice:

This practice opened its doors 5 ½ years ago and has grown a lovely and varied client base. They pride themselves on providing all clients with the highest level of clinical and client care in a professional and reliable manner. They have a well-equipped operating theatre, multiple consult rooms, digital x-ray, isolation unit, separate dog/cat wards, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory.

The Role and Candidate:

This role can be flexible with working patterns, they can consider full or part-time applicants. The weekends are based on a 1 in 3 rota and there are no OOH ensuring work/life balance is achieved throughout the team.

They also have a position for every other weekend, ideal for parents looking for a few additional hours, their weekend opening hours are Sat 8 am-6 pm and Sun 10 am-4 pm. You will be committed to delivering a high level of client care whilst demonstrating outstanding communication, leadership, and organisational skills and have a flexible approach. You will have the opportunity to work up cases and have a share of routine and non-routine consultations, as well as frequent surgeries. Ideally, you will have at least one year of experience and be happy to work occasional sole charge, with an eagerness to learn and work well within a team who are always on hand to support one another.
