Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Hull
Type: Mixed/Small Animal
Practice Type: Part of a group - They are a true mixed, ambulatory practice that treats a range of patients including horses, donkeys, sheep, goats, alpacas, cattle, all species of companion pets, and some of the more exotic species!
Team Info: Team of 13 Vets
Facilities: Digital X-ray, ultrasound with doppler, endoscope, tonometry, sevoflurane anaesthesia, large animal X-ray, and ultrasound
Role: Are you looking for a new role in a mixed practice that will enable you to treat a whole range of species giving you a varied and interesting workload?
Hours: Full-time but would consider part-time hours or a job-share for the right candidate
Weekends/OOHs: There is a 1:4 on-call rota for the large animal and equine work with the small animal OOH covered by Vets Now. All OOH phone calls are triaged by Vets Now so you will only be contacted when needed!
Skills/Exp: This position could suit either an experienced or newly graduated vet. They offer the varied caseload and support of a large practice, but with the close-knit team and familiar atmosphere typically found in a smaller practice.
Branch work: They have two sites
Vehicle required: TBC
Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience
