Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Leigh-On-Sea

Facilities/Services: The practice offers excellent facilities and equipment including digital X-ray, cardio pet, tonovet, a superb ultrasound suite (which can do Doppler), 4 consulting rooms, piped gas, and separate dog and cat wards! We also have access to a CT scanner for internal referrals at a neighbouring practice.

Team Info: By joining this practice you will be part of a team consisting of 4 full-time veterinary surgeons, dedicated to providing superb standards of client and animal care. As this role plays a key part within a very friendly team, the ideal candidate will be adaptable and flexible. 

The Role: Our client wonderful small animal practice in Leigh-on-Sea is currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join the team!

Hours:

  • This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week max.
  • They are open Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 7:00 pm) and will include 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis (9:00 am to 3:00 pm).
  • There will be no OOH! They are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays, ensuring an excellent work/life balance!

Candidate: Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of experience and possess good medical and surgical capability as well as good diagnostic skills. Good interpersonal skills are also essential for this position.

Salary: They are offering an attractive salary from £50,000 p/a (Dependant on experience/full-time equivalent)
