Facilities: Access to state-of-the-art veterinary technology including video endoscopy, modern Doppler ultrasound, multiparameter monitors, K Laser rehabilitation, TTA(MMP) Cruciate Surgeries, Digital X-Ray, in-house IDEXX blood parameter testing.
Role: Are you a dedicated and compassionate veterinary surgeon with a passion for animal care? Our client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their thriving veterinary practice.

- Conduct thorough examinations and diagnostics

Team: Are you an exceptional Veterinary Surgeon ready to make a real impact in the lives of animals and their owners? If you're looking for a dynamic practice that values your expertise and encourages your passion for veterinary medicine, look no further! They are a clinical team of 5 FT vets, 3 experienced RVNs, 2 SVNs and 3 Veterinary Care Assistants. The customers have a dedicated team of 4 receptionists and their very experienced Customer Care Manager who keeps the practice in touch with its customers and their pets
Hours:
- Work-life balance with a 4-day week and one early finish a week.
- A 1 in 3 Saturday Rota with a 4 PM finish time.
- No out of hours work
Duties and Support:
- Access to continuing education and specialization opportunities. With a generous up to £2000 CPD budget, with time off to complete it. This includes but is not limited to the in house Learning Academy list of CPD events.
- Standard 20-minute appointment slots.
- Performing cutting-edge surgical and medical procedures
- Crafting individualized treatment plans for diverse patients
- Enriching the client experience through excellent communication
- Mentoring and inspiring enthusiastic support staff
Skills/Exp:
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine
- 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in surgery
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a flair for innovation
- Passionate about providing top-notch care and support
- Must thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- A commitment to continued learning and professional growth
Salary Ranges: They are offering a competitive salary dependent on experience. Upto £70,000 for Clinical Director or Relevant Certificate Holder.
