Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Redruth, Cornwall

Location: Redruth, Cornwall

Practice: Independent Small Animal Veterinary Practice based in an excellent location with its own car parking and grounds. They are a small Cornish-based charity focused on improving the lives of sick, abandoned, or unwanted pets. At the Cornwall Animal Hospital, they make sure that all animals can get the veterinary treatment they need when their owners cannot afford to pay private fees in their entirety.

Hours: Their vets work a 4-day week

Weekends: 1:3 Saturday mornings and no Sundays or bank holidays

OOHS: Their out-of-hours is outsourced to a local practice that also provides in-patient care overnight and during weekends.

Opening Times: Mon – Fri 8.30 am – 6.30 pm and Sat 8.30 am – 12.30 pm.

Skills: they are looking for two Vets - one needs to be an experienced vet who is willing to be our lead vet.

Salary: Between £48,000 to £55,000, depending on experience
