Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - South coast in East Sussex

We are currently working on behalf of an independent practice in East Sussex that is looking for an experienced Vet to join their team. 

The Practice

The practice was founded in 2015, with the foundations of the practice being built with the owners' expertise and those of his highly reputed team. The owner himself has been practicing for over 20 years and in 2015 decided to create the only single Vet practice in the area. 

The surgery was set up with the aim of providing exceptional facilities under one roof, along with the care and passion of a team that simply loves animals. 

They have invested heavily in technology to enable them to offer the very best in equipment and medicine. So whether it's a general health check or something more serious, they are able to offer the best service to see your animal back on the road to full health. 

Facilities include large reception and waiting area, 2 consulting rooms, x-ray facilities, hospital facilities, ultrasound, Pharmacy, pet shop, anaesthetic facilities, and orthopaedic facilities.

The Role and Candidate: 

This role is due to demand and the position is to join an existing team of 2.5 Vets, 2 RVNs, 2 students (soon to be qualified) 1 ANA, 1 receptionist, and 1 PM. 

This is a full-time role, working 4 days per week, 8.30-18.30 with 1:3 Saturdays 9.00-13.00 with no OOH.

To qualify for this role, you must have 2-3 years of experience. 

The Package:

In return, the practice is offering a competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 p/a (DOE).
