  • They are keen to encourage new ideas such as Antibiotic stewardship, Infection Prevention Control, digital innovations, and sustainable practice protocols.
  • Working closely with both Kingsteignton and South Devon Vets, with great benefits such as being well supported and using their amazing hospital and equipment including a CT scanner!

The Role: They have a great opportunity for a confident, experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their well-established practice. They are seeking innovative Vets looking to bring clinical expertise to aid them to grow and move forward with modern thinking ideas.

Hours:

  • They are open to flexible rota patterns, they can offer school hours and be flexible with working suggestions, allowing that important family time or those extra hours for your hobbies.
  • They would be able to offer a role between 20 – 40 hours, to enable us to support the most ideal work-life balance for you.
  • They are very lucky to have dedicated out-of-hours providers looking after patients, to allow the team deserved downtime.

Support: Their close-knit group of PSS-accredited practices has been established both independently and as part of a group for well over 30 years and they are proud to share that many staff are still with us. They are constantly striving to maintain a high level of care and looking for further ideas for Quality Improvement. Additionally, they are very keen to support certificate study and professional development, and will strongly support the successful candidate in developing their clinical interests further.

Salary: The salary can vary depending on your experience levels, they could offer the right candidate up to £75,000 p/a (FTE).
