Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Wymondham

Our client looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to further expand their team of dedicated vets and help increase the services they offer to clients.

Role: Permanent Veterinary Surgeon

Type: Small Animal

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk

Practice: Small Animal

Team: Experienced team of 4 vets, 6 nurses, and 5 support staff. Three of the vets have 10 years of experience and share interests in diagnostic imaging, cardiac imaging, and internal medicine with plans to venture into orthopaedics. Internal referral features on a weekly basis.

The whole team is supportive, regularly sharing guidance and experience on both a clinical and a personal basis. Vet GDP mentor.

Facilities: Excellent facilities including a digital x-ray, ultrasound, and full Idexx in-house lab.

Hours: Shifts will be 40 hours per week across 4 days, working between 9 am - 7 pm, however, they can be flexible with this for the right candidate. You will be required to work 1:4 weekends with Saturday morning surgery and weekend inpatient care between 9 am - 2 pm. No out-of-hours work.

Applicant Requirements: Full-time role- Suitable for a new or recently graduated vet who is confident leading consultations. A can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in and learn from experienced colleagues.

Full driving license. MRCVS registered.

Salary: They are offering a salary of up to £45,000 p/a DOE and a generous relocation allowance plus many company benefits including wellbeing support.
