What we are looking for:

We are looking for enthusiastic and focused individuals to join our successful locum team.

Working with a highly successful, focused and motivated team you will specialise in the recruitment of veterinary nurses and vet surgeons at a national level on a locum basis.

Senior recruiters are currently billing between £20,000 and £40,000 per month.

The role:

The role involves placing veterinary nurses and veterinary surgeons into locum positions, building and maintaining a locum bank and providing high levels of customer care.. This is a telephone based role so excellent communication skills are vital. As the market leader in our sector there is no business development involved.

  • Full-Time, Permanent
  • Monday - Friday (no weekends!)
  • Basic Salary £21,000 to £27,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Commission rates up to 20% of billings
  • On Target Earnings £90,000+ per annum (uncapped bonuses)
  • Monthly Incentives
