We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a motivated practice in North West London, the practice is looking for someone who will share their vision and inspire their team in delivering outstanding service and care to patients and clients.
The Practice:
Our client has practices across North London, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, which includes four 24-hour emergency hospitals and a specialist referral centre in London. They have nearly 300 staff, including specialists in Soft Tissue Surgery, Dermatology and Emergency and Critical Care, staff with certificates in feline practice, and residency trained consultants in anaesthesia and analgesia and internal medicine. Due to the various sizes of our clients' practices, the pace of work ranges from quieter practice through to a busy hospital.
The Role:
Working as a Veterinary Nurse across all areas of the clinic (Surgery, Procedures, and Consultations) you will be monitoring anaesthetics and assisting with veterinary procedures, whilst ensuring that set nursing practices and protocols are maintained to the current best practice standards.
This is a flexible role and the practice can support full or part-time candidates. The full-time role will include working 40 hours per week with varied shifts between 8 am - 7 pm. The part-time role would be 20 hours per week.
Both would include a weekend rota, working Saturday mornings 9 am - 5 pm and Sundays 9 am - 2 pm.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse that has an interest in or has had previous experience in all areas of a clinic. Have outstanding patient care skills and excellent client care, with a working experience of MS office and a Practice Management System. If you have had exposure to emergency and critical care this would be of benefit.
They are looking for a nurse with excellent communication skills that possesses the ability to multitask in a busy environment. You will be able to work well within a team and be open and approachable.

To qualify for this position you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
