We are currently working with a delightful, friendly, family run companion practice serving, Redruth, Camborne and the surrounding area of Cornwall that is looking to recruit a dedicated, motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their 4 vets, 5 nurses, 3 receptionists and 1 student nurse team.
The Practice:
The practice was founded in the 60s and since then has continued to provide the best treatment for pets in a friendly, caring and professional manner. The practice has closed-circuit anaesthesia, X-ray facilities, ultrasound dental descalers, cryosurgery/electrocautery facilities and a laboratory for carrying out routine blood and haematology examination. They practice also offers health checks, vaccinations, micro-chipping, blood tests, pet passports, an extensive range of flea and worm treatments, puppy parties, juvenile and senior wellness checks plus competitively priced pet food and accessories.
The Role:
This role is full time working 35.5 hours a week on a flexible, varied rota - Monday to Friday between 8.30am - 7 pm. The weekend rota is 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30am - 1 pm. There are no out of hours or Sunday requirements!
The Candidate:
The practice would consider both an experienced or newly qualified veterinary nurse that is keen, friendly and a good team player for the post.
