We are currently working with a friendly, well established small animal vet practice covering North London and Hertfordshire who are looking for a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join their team at their branch surgery.
The Practice:
The practice believes that the comfort and well-being of pets are paramount, and they make this clear in their range of facilities and customer-focused approach. They have a team of 15 across two surgeries consisting of qualified vets and student nurses, with the status of being a training practice.
The Role:
They are looking for a confident and friendly Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The vet will be required to carry out consults and routine operations in their well-equipped practice.
The role is full-time working weekdays from 9 am until 7 pm and a weekend rota of 1:2 Saturday morning 9 am to 1 pm. A half day off is given to compensate working a Saturday morning.
There is no out of hours required for this role.

The Candidate:
The practice is seeking applications from confident and competent vets, with good communication skills, who are happy to consult and conduct routing operations. The branch is a two-vet practice, so some sole charge will be required on a Saturday morning and when the other vet has a half day. Ideally, they are looking for candidates with 2-3 years of practice experience but can provide some degree of support.
