We are working with a well-established practice in Colne, Lancashire that is looking to recruit an experienced small animal veterinary surgeon.

The Practice:
Our client has grown to become a well-established practice in their local area offering gold standard client and patient care. On the edge of the Pennines, and easy access and links to both Manchester and up to the Dales and Lakes, this is great dog-walking country!  They have all the toys you might expect for a modern practice including a Doppler ultrasonography, dedicated operating theatre, digital x-ray, in-house laboratory. You will be joining a happy team who enjoy getting involved in both medical and surgical cases. They have 15 minute appointments, ensure client continuity, and run in conjunction with a supporting nursing team, who also run their own special interest clinics.

Their team consists of 2 vets, 3 RVN’s, 2 SVN’s, and 4 reception staff.

The Role:
Our client is looking for a full time Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum 2 years’ experience with a great client-facing consulting manner. They are happy to consider and accommodate working patterns to suit your individual needs and lifestyle.

There is a 1 in 3 weekend rota, so you will need to feel confident enough in sole charge but there is no OOH.
