We are currently working with a lovely practice located in South Wales who are looking to recruit a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their team ASAP on a full-time basis
- Small Independent Practice in South Wales
- 40 hours per week, with no OOH and minimal sole charge
- To join a team of 1 1/2 Vets
The Practice:
Situated in beautiful South Wales, our client is an independent veterinary practice that cares for companion animals: dogs, cats, small furries, birds and other exotics.
Opening in 2011 they are currently a one Vet, 2 Nurse practice and their aim is to offer personalized care with the benefit of continuity enabling you to always see the same veterinary surgeon.
The practice offers modern veterinary surgery facilities, all utilized to give you the best veterinary care possible, which include:
Digital radiography, cutting edge in house laboratory equipment, separate dog and cat wards, ultrasound, therapeutic laser (Cube 4 K-laser) and modern dentistry equipment.
The Role:
Our client is looking for a small animal veterinary surgeon to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday either 8.00-17.00 or 10.00-19.00
Saturdays are around 1:3 9.00 - 13.00
No out of hours
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience and should be confident with routine surgery and able to build strong client relationships.
Our client is offering a competitive salary + 25 days holiday + Bank holiday + 5 days CPD (£1000)

WE : Flexible, 1:3 Saturday 9.00-13.00
OOH: No
Sole charge: On a Saturday
Salary: DOE + CPD allowance + Holiday
To qualify for this position you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
