We are currently working with a lovely independent practice in Lincolnshire looking to hire a permanent full-time small animal veterinary surgeon.
The Practice:
Our client is a rapidly expanding 1st opinion small animal hospital and branches based in a picturesque area in Lincolnshire.
They are looking for a small animal Vet to join their team at their branch practice. This is a new practice so everything is shiny and new and is fully equipped with modern facilities.
The Role:
Our client is looking for a permanent small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a full-time basis.
The position will be based out of their new branch practice and will be full-time Monday-Friday between 08:30-18:30 with 1:3 Saturday mornings 09:00-12:30.
There will also be a 1:5 weekend on call (Saturday morning surgery then on call until Monday am), when doing a weekend on call you will get the following Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday off.
You will be working sole charge alongside two RVN's and a receptionist and will also have full support from the hospital nearby.

WE: 1:3 Saturday mornings 09:00-12:30 and 1:5 weekends on call
OOHs: 1:5 weekends on call
Sole Charge: Yes but with support from the main hospital

Salary: Excellent salary + car + CPD + VDS cover
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate should be an ambitious and outgoing individual, confident with consults and performing routine surgery.
The practice is looking for somebody who is career minded as there will be the opportunity for progression whether it be running the branch practice as it grows or perhaps the chance to move into the RCVS accredited hospital, they would also fully support somebody interested in doing a certificate.
This is a new branch practice with a growing client base so it will be important for you to be able to demonstrate your ability to interact with others at all levels and have excellent customer care.
To qualify for this position you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
